Every year we host events for our members, grantees and donors.
Please see a list of our upcoming events below.
Wednesday June 16
5:30pm - 7:30pm
Our annual meeting is the highlight of the year. It's a party with several important functions. Members have a chance to mingle and are encouraged to bring a friend who is interested in learning more about our Circle. During a short business portion, we hear the Treasurer's report, the Membership report, and elect officers for the coming year. Grantees tell the group about their programs. The energy of women helping other women through philanthropy and fellowship is inspiring!
For the incredible tenth time since we began having a reception in 2006, sujo Offield will be our host for 2021. Because of the pandemic, it will be held both in person with Covid precautions, and will be Zoomed. Some speakers will present from their homes or offices; others from sujo's.
All members receive an invitation in the mail. If you are not yet a member and would like to attend, please contact us at
Grant Committee Meetings
Exact dates to be announced
Time to be announced
In March the Grant Committee Chair announces a call for grants and invites members to serve on the grant review committee. In addition to each person reading and evaluating the applications on their own, there are two meetings in May (either Zoom or in person) to discuss the applications.
In 2020 we had $70,000 to invest in projects that meet our mission. That brought our total granted to over $500,000!
The 2021 Grant Co-Chair is Jean Van Dam. She will be sending an email inviting the members to serve early in 2021. You can be on the committee by replying to that email or writing to her at
