How many girls/women have been served by the project during this project year?
Voices Without Borders has been able to aid four girls with tuition assistance during this choir season. These girls would have otherwise been unable to participate in the choirs.

Our goal was to be able to help defray the cost of choir tuition for those students/families who wished to participate. We were able to do that because we had the scholarship grant monies from Hestia
Do you have a story of how your program positively changed participant's situation, behavior, or knowledge?
If so, please share it:
One girl in particular has been exceptionally happy to be part of the choir. She is not athletically inclined and was having difficulty "fitting in" with her school classmates. She has found friends at the choir who also enjoy singing and having fun together. This girl actually auditioned for a short solo for this fall's concert--a huge step for her.

We will always look for funds to help students participate in the choir. We are committed to removing any barriers we can, financial or otherwise, for these students/families.
