Project results and Impact
How many girls/women have been served by the project during this project year?
Room 156 serves any student in need, although we see roughly 150 regulars each week. All staff uses the space for all sorts of needs, and we were able to stock women's bathrooms with pads and tampons all year.

Yes, we kept middle and high school women's bathrooms stocked all year with pads and tampons. We also continued to have them available in Room 156. Girls were able to bring enough home for time away from school such as spring break and Christmas break. The school nurses offices also got stocked for any emergency situation.
Do you have a story of how your program positively changed participant's situation, behavior, or knowledge?
If so, please share it:
Many girls have expressed what a relief it is to have supplies already in the restrooms. As a young adult it can be embarrassing or intimidating to have to go look for supplies. A lot of them have felt comfortable enough to express what they need more of, or want differently with size/style. This is really appreciated and helpful for purchasing.

Absolutely. We don't see a reason to stop having supplies available. We know its appreciated for a reason that will always be present in the schools.
